Find one who has power and money is not a mafia? Hun Sen is the father of mafia in his country. We have mafias in Thailand, and Vietnam has its own and so the rest of the world. Someone who has too much money and power enjoyed watching his wife nude at the pool. If anyone thinks it is not a barbaric act, what else?

I said Hun Sen is a mafia in his country, I didn't say without him his country will be heading to civil war. Don't you know mafias go to Church and help the poor nearby but they kill whoever go against them? Most poor people love the mafias, because they are fed by the mafias. Cambodia will go to civil war if Hun Sen lose power, because he is the civil war creator supported by Hanoi. Furtheremore, Hanoi needs him to stay in power for its own expansionism. Everybody can see that.
