The old man got this right. The CCP will rely on external conflicts to
consolidate their power within China. This is exactly the same thing
Iran and North Korea is doing.
Already huge gaps in wealth distribution are emerging and the CCP is
becoming irrelvant interms of their orginal ideaoligy. If the CCP can
slaughter its own people to stay in power. Going to war with India or
Taiwan would be a much easier decision.

The senile LKY was given a useless award by the USA. Like
a grateful old dog, he sang the praise of, and sucked up to the
USA.  LKY is reduced to a pitiful old man, craving media attention,
could be induced to sing jingle for the USA. His is no longer the
proudSingapore leader who fought the British colonial master.

The USA has meant troubles, in recent times, where ever it left
its footprint in Asia. In Korea, in Vietnam, in Pakistan, in
Afghanistan, in Iraq and in the middle east.
In places when the USA left Asian alone,  eg in China, Hong Kong,
Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the peoples  have prospered.

The USA is like H1N1, bad for Asia.  The USA should stay at
home to solve its own problem.
