SEOUL — On the evening of July 10, Bonogit Hussain, a 29-year-old Indian man, and Hahn Ji-seon, a female Korean friend, were riding a bus near Seoul when a man in the back began hurling racial and sexist slurs at them.

Don't be rediculus. Half of China's foreign students come from South Korea. If Koreans consider the Chinese inferior, why would the parents send their kids to Chinese colleges?

Many of them are eager to have their kids learn Chinese. The Japan language also use Han characters. College students need to master 1800 Han characters to gruduate. The standard was raised to 2100 characters recently.

It's the deep, deep problem of a constructed world. When you build, you cover. Buildings and architecture deceive. Books get in the way of instincts, holy books kill instinct. One reason white women love niggers and criminals- men who are (apparently) closest to their basic desires. If Koreans do/did not think they are superior race to Chinese and Japanese, how would they have survived the history and why would they want to keep their own unique cultures?

Certainly Japanese-American physicist Michio Kaku did popularize the idea of time warps, hyperspace, 10th dimensions etc. Still, if we're all stardust, it's funny how most people still try to avoid death at all costs? If you look at the big picture, everyone is a "racist" at heart whether people admit it or not, just as most love their own family more than some distant stranger (recall the example, when you're on the boat with 10 other people and you're the one who knows how to swim, the boat overturns, and one of the other 10 people is your own child or brother and you can only save one, I think most people will have no problems making up their mind whom to save first.)

Agree that love of one's own should be an implicit and radiant one, rather than reactive and defensive in nature. This is indeed one of East Asia's strengths (though not saying there aren't the latter too in some instances).

But within a couple generations you'll see a North America that's more like South America than Sweden; and a Europe that will be more like Turkey or the Middle East.
The reservoir of relative human capital in some countries will then be so obvious and precious that by then even you may be hesitant to give it away. ;)

For some, that is true. But if it's possible that there is a multiverse, there's no reason people with chops shouldn't be thinking or imagining what it might be.

It's an art. Some people can get away with it, use it for gain. Others get hurt when they do it. Like nun-chuks. Use them well and you hurt others, use them poorly, you hurt yourself.

But it's not easy to tell what the lessons of history are. Establishing the facts are easy, the lessons are really hard.

It's easy to say from the relative comfort of China. But history shows the world catches up to China. Your way thinking, (and not saying there's anything wrong with it) probably has a shelf-life of about one generation, before radical changes need to be made.
There is more to the life afer death than you think. Life in real life is only a tiny part of the life after death. Because you remain dead 99 percent of time than being physically alive. But over all, I think life after death is more real than the time travel, multi-verse nonsense. The universe is alive, and filled with the live souls. Souls have to go through the growing up process from the real life in the physical world.

Korea was controlled by China in ancient times and Japan in modern times. Today south korea is under the control of the US.
The country is one of the most homogenous of all countries in the world. Everyone looks the same and even has the same sir name (only 2 sir names exist : kim or park). This kind of conformity has its positivies but also has many negatives.
In the long run however, history shows their homogenity will ultimately be lost. No homogenous tribe has ever survived without getting diluted down by foreigners.
Prepare to be inseminated by the Chinese, Japanese, Indians and US in the 21st century. Over the next 100 years, Korea will continue to export TVs and hyundai cars while the rest of the world will export their semen to Korea. That's the only way other countries can balance their 'budget' deficit.

Ironically it's not men who worship different Gods the same way; it's actually men who worship the same God different ways.
It's good to imagine all sorts of things from 3-headed demons to how pigs can fly but from a practical stance, a multiverse is meaningless for a no simpler reason than if there's a way to traverse it and return i.e. it's somehow connected, it'd be our universe. Much like if religion or speculation can be shown or proven true it will no longer be confined to that domain of superstition and fantasy but rather that of fact and reality.
And as for what's real what's fact, if some are so pure, feel free not to trespass in language or logic. That option is always, and very widely, open.

Agree, and which is why I've always said its one powerful factor (winning or defeating) that even the most noblest intentions written on some piece of paper yet can't still overcome.

I was referring to Japan and Korea and yes at least North China and Taiwan. The beauty of a longer-term view is fluidity: when the world catches up, you're still a step forward. Relative, not absolute.

Some thorough bred blood is better to be left alone. Why do you think those horse breeders concern about not mixing bad(inferior) blood in their horse stocks.
What you have missed in your concept about Koreans is that these pure bred Han Koreans have become the rulers of those giant nations like China and Japan, even Europe by Attila the Hun.
The present Koreans are left alone because of their fierce fight to preserve their purity and also by the help of the nice secluded geographical location.
They scorned Chinese and Japanese for being mixed ups with the inferior stocks for centuries. I don't think even the average Chinese or Japanese deny that.
