Myanmar General may face International Criminal Court while visiting Thai.

SPDC's S1 Gen. Khin Nyunt and his entourage are scheduled to visit to Thailand
on September 1st, 2001. Thai govt. should redeem their past misbehaviors and
recieves the praises from entire Burmese population by extraditing the criminal
Khin Nyunt  to  Belgium, where him,  Ne Win and the other key generals from
SPDC are secretly indicted.
There are reports circulating among Burmese dissidents groups in
Washington and Brussels about  an intense diplomatic negotiation going on
between Belgium  and Thai officials regarding this matter. Hopefully, Thai
govt. will come to their sense and redeem their  past misdeeds. Eventually, the
member coutries of ASEAN will join in the endeavour to apprehend these
criminals of gross human rights violations.
