Subject: ZNC demands review of constitution before contesting polls

The Zomi National Congress (ZNC) in a statement said it will not
participate in the 2010 general election in Burma without the
constitution being reviewed by the military junta.

“The military government functions in a way, which is against the
system of democracy. The authorities have to review the constitution,
which was amended without the consent of the people. Or else our party
cannot participate in the forthcoming 2010 general elections,”
secretary of ZNC (LA) Mr. Sit Naing told Khonumthung News.

You must be happy with 1 million on the streets, right?

I have no constitution. But you had znc with member of 2, 3 chin sout
(crap chin nationals) hiding in the jungles. How many ordinary chin
supported znc?

Do not defame the name of congress, remember no congress should be
made in the jungles where eating bamboo in the ceremony kind of stuffs
were shameful. What a shame.

znc is nothing but a small terrorists group and very weak condition,
even a bus carrying women workers can defeat it anytime - let alone
myanma tatmadaw.

In the last year znc cheeky meeting, those chin sout used raw lumbers
as their common seat.

Of course, Zo Crap is still happy with statement after statement like
this. these statements were useless and toilet paper is much better.

znc demands?????? who cares????? ZO Crap, Do you care about this
useless bagging??????? Look! greens are moving, marching . . . . .

Demand WHAT? Bull SHit?

Dear all,

Zo Khup said , " The Zomi National Congress (ZNC) in a statement said
it will not participate in the 2010 general election in Burma without
the constitution being reviewed by the military junta.

About this " The Zomi National Congress (ZNC)" , is it a legitimate
organization which registered in Union of Myanmar as political party,
acknowledged and recognised by the government and election commission
as a legal party ?  I doubt it.

To participate in the coming elections all parties must be recognised
and acknowledges as legal organisation, party, or association, even
independent candidate who does not belong to any party. must
registered with the election commission . Chapter IX, of the
Constitution stated clearly.

The Constitution also clearly stated in Chapter XII that amendments
can be made through the Hluttaws( Parliaments).

This Contitution was drafted and adopted by the peoples'
representatives from all walks of life including 9 legally registered
lawful political parties. Which is more democratic than any other
democracy, which allows on the winning political party.

This Constitution is approved by the people in the nation-wide
referendum in May 2008.

This is the Constitution of the people, by the people, for the people.
This Constitution is not the property of SPDC. This is the property of
all Myanmars, all law abiding citizens of Union of Myanmar.

National League for Democracy akaNLD, let alone The Zomi National
Congress (ZNC), have a right to participate or not to participate.

If they don't care to participate, who really care for them whether
they do or not?

Union of Myanmar had experiences before. unlawful organisations as
Kayins(KNU) and Communist (BCP , CPB) and some others, did not
participate in the elections in the past. In to days term, they are
called Terrorists or at least insurgents against Union of Myanmar. Not
against SPDC nor against the ruling government , but the people of
Myanmar as a whole .
Some of them have been foreign trained , enjoyed foreign supports.
Where are they now?

Christian Chins and Christian Kayins insurgents enjoying the financial
supports of Christians Churches of Burma in foreign lands. Not to
forget Christian Priests of Chin Origin are collecting funds in
foreign lands and supporting Chins insurgents in Union of Myanmar to
survive and to buy arms. like Tamil Tigers of Siri Lanka. Tamils are
working and collecting funds and supporting the Tamil Ellam.

Chin insurgents are the left over of Chindits, which was a part of
British General Wingate units to take Burma(Myanmar) back. And US
General Merrill’s Units.  Kayins KNU are similar, they were
mercenaries under General Seagrave, Generals Slims.

Anyway , other law abiding Chins of Myanmar and Kayins Christian and
Buddhi9st alike who are the citizens of Myanmar have all their chances
to form legal organisation/political party and be in the Hluttaw
( Parliament) if they want to, to amend the Constitution, if they
must.

That is the only way, that is a democratic way. Democracy is majority
rule. democracy is the people.

Sando.

The world's loudest lier Sando/ Gando !

Facist SPDC terrorist's constitution was supported only by Cyclone
Nargis , not by the people.

and  I don't understand why Abraham Lincohn's words are coming out
from a Myanmar Facist's mouth.
