The only symphonies of Bruckner that I am familiar with are #4 and #8. I
find nothing of great interest in #4, but agree that #8 is an altogether
different story. In spite of having listened to both many times over
several years, sometimes with score, I can't shake a lasting impression of
a whole set of 8-bar phrases just joined end to end, with string tremolo

At one point in the investigation (Discovery Chanel), They thought he
might have died from an injured leg after being thrown from his
chariot while hunting.
But *murder* has been ruled out.
It was a very interesting series to watch...lots of facts uncovered

The site IDs the pop song, but I am curious about the pastoral-sounding
music at the beginning of the ad. It sounds familiar, but I can't place
it - does anyone recognize it? The same music is paired with a different
song in this ad -
