Subject: REVIEW: Trader Joe's 3 Plus Blue Cheese Italian Flatbread
This is the newest product in Trader Joe's frozen
Italian-style flatbreads.  One of the other ones,
the tomato and pesto version is really good and
the other, truffle and mushroom, is really bad.

This one is sort of in the middle.  It's okay if
you like blue cheese.  The other cheeses are
mozzarella, grana padano, and parmasean.  If you
don't like blue cheese, you won't like this product.
You can definitely taste the blue cheese.  It costs
$3.69, the same as the tomato and pesto version.
I think the truffle and mushroom version is $4.29.

It's got some tomato-based sauce below the cheese
layer, making it something like a pizza.  It doesn't
have as much cheese as I expected -- I think the
tomato and pesto version has more cheese than this
one.  And the latter has chunks of cut-up tomato,
not a tomato sauce.

I ate the whole thing, which is better than I did
with the truffle and mushroom one.  But it reminded
me that I'm not very fond of blue cheese, and I'm
sure I won't be buying this product again.

Yeah--blue cheese can be overpowering.  I ordered a blue cheese
stuffed hamburger once in a la-ti-da eatery,  Could NOT finish it, it
it was so loaded with the cheese.  Same goes for chocolate chip
pancakes - waaay too rich.  Some food goes a long way on a little -
like some wasabi.  And ginger.  And oregano.
