  This has nothing to do with Stalin. He was an organizer of mass murder &lt;br&gt; but developing torture techniques was not among his deeds. The methods &lt;br&gt; used by NKVD were basically the same as used by Gestapo, there was even &lt;br&gt; collaboration between them. The Nazi regime was anything but atheist &lt;br&gt; though religionists want to declare it as such.

  I wear a hat daily (at this time of year, a black felt fedora), and &lt;br&gt; regularly wear it in my car. I should note, however, that my car has &lt;br&gt; more headroom than average. In many cars, I have to take the hat off &lt;br&gt; when I get into the car.

  I took many people&#39;s advise. I had gotten to about page 250 before giving &lt;br&gt; up and skimming the rest of the book, only really reading the last 50 pages. &lt;br&gt; Went back and read from 200 on to the end. &lt;br&gt; I now raise by rating from 2 1/2 out of 5 stars to 3 1/2 out of 5 stars. &lt;br&gt; I enjoyed some of the sequences I had missed.
