Movies I watched on TV when I was little. Early-mid 1970's.
The only things I remember were a mutant, looked human then the shirt came off and he had another set of fore-arms & hands coming out of his chest. At sometime in the movie there was suitcase of small mutants in some kind of vial/case. Also a room full of failed mutants...
Anyone else have a list of movies they saw a long time ago and can't get them out of their head?
What TV show had that guy coming out of the mist with a flashlight?!
SD to HD changeover? Big deal? When I was little there was a * on tv guide listings to id shows in b&w...

I saw that on TV once. It was *not* "Basket Case", it was much earlier. I think the mad scientist making the altered people (it was surgical, I thought, not "mutation") ran an entire space station or planet or something. In addition to a case of tiny altered people, I think there was at least one normal person--a kidnapped scientist or something--who was miniatur- ized and carried around in a briefcase.

This was 1975 or before, when I saw it on tv. For some reason it freaked me out. First TV show that freaked me out was when I was in second or third grade and Ultra Man got his ass kicked...
There was a drive in that would show a kids movie then there would be a long intermission when the parents would bed us down in the car then a more adult current or classic movie would play. I couldn't sleep and peeked: James Caan beating up his brother in law in The Godfather freaked me out too...
