Medical Marijuana, Inc.(Pink Sheets:MJNA) - www.medicalmarijuanainc.com is the first public company to recognize the vast and unequaled opportunities that exist in the rapidly expanding medical marijuana industry. The scientific recognition of marijuana as a powerful medicine, and as an effective, non-narcotic pain reliever, has brought legalized marijuana use to the forefront of mainstream discussion thus opening the door for safe and lucrative investment opportunities. Medical Marijuana, Inc. has developed a suite of turnkey business and management solutions for the fledgling medical marijuana collective industry in California. All very clever... But I think that this poster is correct that Medical Marijuana will become recreational as well in several states. In Alaska that is pretty much the situation now. Just as soon as they figure out how to control, tax, and regulate it, it will become available to the masses. Making it such a big deal only encourages people to experiment with it. If it was legal and taxed I bet the usage would go way down in no time. The mystic would be gone. It would soon be viewed as the lethargic drug it is and its usage would decline naturally. Mexico does not have much of a drug problem. It is the USA that craves drugs.. and the cartels profit from this craving.. Cut the head off the snake by taking the profit out of it. -Rocky

It's already "available to the masses", albeit illegally.

Yes, just as in The Netherlands. Don't get out much, do ya?
> Mexico does not have much of a drug problem.
Tell that to the ordinary folk in Ciudad de Juarez, Tijuana and elsewhere. Many of them can tell you of family members lost in the "lack of the drug problem."

Hate to bust your bubble Tony but your full of sh*t. Last time i checked it is not legal, but tolerated. Like California.
Cafe's can only have 500gms on hand at any one time and 'runners' run it from safe houses unknown to authorities. IT is NOT legal at all. You can serve prison time for it in the Netherlands. Selective prosecution like what we have here in California. It is ONLY Tolerated.. and then in small amounts much as in SOME cities in California. Enforcement of the law can change in a flash.

Correction. It is MORE legal in California than in the Netherlands. But because of the Federal laws here in the USA they are both punishable by time in prison. This is why MJNA.pk will help get this taxation thing in order here and since we have the makings of the possibility for a national reform brewing grass roots the Government will want IT's tax money to shut them up. It really is THAT simple right now. IMO of course. Didn't mean to jump your shit Tony but you did't do your research. Support access to clean and safe pot shops. MJNA.PK

> correction. pot "dispensaries". LOL.
Yea.. dispensaries. My mind was in the gutter.
There is an old 60's Rexall Drug store being used as a dispensary in a small town. Still says Drugs over the door and if you drove by it you would think it was a regular corner Rexall Drug store.
My son grew a couple plants this year. Just in the backyard kept them low and out of the way. We could have grown a lot more under local ordnances. Not huge plants but it was grown right and we know it doesn't have pesticides on it. Enough for us, and there goes the dealers profits. This is the best way to take the crime out of it. Just grow and consume your own. Badda-Bing!
There was a time friends and I would make wine. We would get second picks and vines that a grower couldn't afford to harvest during a glut year. Sometimes select parts of a vineyard produces better fruit that may have ripened too late for the first pick. We would make a few hundred gallons and a few desert wines.. and if someone had access to a still, grappa!

I think that Supreme Court ruling in May of 1996 spelled out that they could not do the legal looting without due process. Before that they just looted suspects and often didn't even bring charges against them and still kept the loot they grabbed. 9th circuit Fed court of Appeal agreed it constituted Double Jeopardy and when the Supreme Court heard the issue Lady Liberty peeked under the handkerchief over at the Executive branch and got the wink and nod. She gave due process a huge shiner.. and a sad day that was to justice. She was a whore that day.
After all had seizures been considered jeopardy then they (the government) would have had to either given back the proceeds of seizures, or released the men associated with the 'seizures' serving time later when the government finally charged them. I know a lot about this for some reason. Your correct that this is a problem with the legalization of pot. But have enough people doing organized marching on Washington DC and every state capital for a month and see what happens.
This is why we need to let hem make tax money on the pot. Like Cigarette taxes and liquor tax. You think liquor tax didn't make a difference with the twenty-first amendments success in repealing the 18th amendment. The government loves taxing vices.. IMO we may one day have a clean water tax.

What a bum bucket of ice cold reality you just tossed on swelling horde of would be marchers.. Burrrr icy cold. Your talking to a guy that once climbed on a bus with a bunch of WOMAN school bus drivers to protest over something in Sac.
