Here's some tips, Joe:
Stop eating out. Invest in a freezer -- Costco is your friend.
Christmas is more than a month away -- stop giving people gifts. When you DO give gifts for Christmas, Walmart is your friend.
Entertainment: Cable and satellite TV costs can be high,but $1K a month is a little excessive -- cancel the premium channels. You're 8x years old -- buy a crossword puzzle book and rent some porn. The library has a nice selection of books AND DVDs for free. If you have guests over, show them some home movies and play Pictionary.
Why do you need to go on vacations every fucking month? You LIVE in a vacation town. Go to a casino, catch a show and rent a hooker for an hour.
Why are you flying around every month? Telephones, faxes and computers are your friends. Invest in a webcam for those face-to-face meetings. Do business that doesn't require constant air travel.
If you MUST travel, the Super-8 motel should do just fine. Best Western has nice rooms for a very reasonable price.
For someone who started out in a poor neighborhood, you'd think he would have a little street smarts when it comes to economizing.
