Hi Steve,
I'm quite familiar with THC and feedback theories. We agree on the
basic physics. However, you said that the Earth will experience cooling
because the Sun will warm the Earth and that the warming trend is
irreversible. If the warming trend is irreversible, then the Earth will
not cool.

I don't know, but the Mammoth Hot Springs Cam has been down since 12/30 and
that's a first in all the time I've been checking it.

Contrails all over the place today. Clouds being pulled in. Still getting
daily right ear clicks. Numbers are down, but still daily.

Though it begins with a concept you don't believe just hang in there with me. Continued global warming will further heat the planet, including the poles. As that happens glacial melt is accelerated. Because of shifting wind patterns stronger rain patterns will penetrate further northward and southward.

I find the story line in the movie "The Day After Tomorrow" to be
unbelievable, too, so again we would be in agreement. The facts
concerning a global superstorm gathered on my website are not the same

That is uncalled for. I'm not saying anything about impending doom.
I'm simply describing the evidence and science behind it as I interpret
it. If you think global cooling is "doom," then you are the one
creating the doomsayer that you disagree with.

There are things I agree and disagree with you on. I will explain...
First, however, I suggest you do this:
REVIEW THE SOLAR SUNSPOT CYCLES OVER THE LAST 8,000 YEARS!
If you see a pattern indicating we are headed toward another Maunder Minimum in that data then you are going to have to explain it to me. Clearly there is no evidence for it in the empirical data. In fact, we are near a peak in sunspot activity. Check it out for yourself.

There is some truth to it which is why people get fooled. I'm sorry your cousin didn't just go back to bed when he felt how awful the day. So many suicides and murder suicides in the news of late. I am so sorry for the lose you and your family must now deal with.
